Shipping

All orders are shipped from Vancouver/Burnaby, BC. This means, delivery times will vary across the country based on the shipping address.

To view your tracking information, click the link in your shipping confirmation email. This will direct you to the carrier’s website where you’ll be able to track the progress of your shipment.

We are able to modify the shipping address within 6 hours after placing the order.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order as we can not make changes to your address after your order is being processed.

If you are located in BC, please contact us and we can arrange a time for pick up.

We currently only ship to Canada and USA. However, anyone is welcome to purchase digital download items, since these will be sent through email.

Payments

We currently accept Debit/Credit Card and PayPal.
For E-Transfers, please contact us.

Coupons are sometimes sent through newsletter, so be sure to follow us!
We have sales going on from time to time as well, keep an eye on the website.

Returns

All sales are final for TCG and Digital items. Digital items are non-refundable or exchangeable, as they are a digital product delivered via e-mail immediately upon payment approval.

Cancellations

Cancellations before shipment area allowed and will incur a 5% fee, deducted from the refund.
